Information we collect
When you book a haircut we collect your first name and mobile phone number. We use them only to schedule and manage your appointment and, if you opt in, to send you an SMS appointment confirmation.
SMS / text messaging
SMS consent is optional and is collected separately from booking. If you opt in, we send a one-time appointment confirmation with a code to reschedule or cancel. Message frequency is about one message per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your SMS consent is never shared with third parties.
Data retention & your choices
We keep appointment information only as long as needed to run the service. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to delete your information by contacting us below.
